Primary Responsibilities:
*Reviews billing documents for accuracy prior to posting into company's accounting system
*Records daily cash receipts from wires and mobile deposits
*Maintains & organizes AR and Accounting information
*Assists Accounting Manager with contract and budget maintenance
*Works within the Organization to perform other duties and special projects, as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
*Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, or related field, and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
*Strong analytical problem solver with the ability to accurately calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions & percentages
*Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and interpersonal
*Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook) and relevant accounting software experience

Controller

ALL DSG is working with a great client located in Downtown Kansas City. This is a tremendous opportunity to join a growing company and an outstanding team. This Controller position is responsible for all Financials for multiple locations in the U.S. & London, will manage a team of 5, and report directly to the CFO.
Responsibilities for this executive level role include daily accounting management operations, preparation & posting of monthly journal entries and reviewing transactions posted to the general ledger as a result of sub-ledger activities. In addition, preparing financial statements using Accrual Basis and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), performing budgetary & trend analysis reports, coordinating the annual budget & audit process, and special projects are also part of this rewarding position.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, with a minimum of 8 years experience within a full accounting environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is required. In addition, a minimum of 3 years experience in a management role, as well as hands-on participation with budgets, compliance, and financial reporting is a must.
CPA designation is preferred, with a background in Big 4 or Large National/Regional Accounting Firm.
