Our client is searching for a HR Generalist to join their busy team. This is a new position due to growth, and the role will be responsible for developing and administering the Human Resources function for the company. The HR Generalist will provide a wide range of HR services, including Staffing, Compensation, Benefits, Employee Relations and Training.
Responsibilities:
*Implement HR programs
*Maintain HR records
*Manage the onboarding process
*Administer benefits
*Ensure the planning, monitoring and appraisal of employee work results
*Lead the recruiting, testing and interviewing process
*Work with managers and staff to help resolve conflict and assist to formulate a resolution
Qualifications:
*Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources
*3+ years of HR Generalist experience
*Ability to build rapport with management and employees at all levels
*Ability to prioritize and multitask
*Positive and professional demeanor
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
