Our team focuses on contingency based Direct Hire placement. Our service includes:
- Thoroughly understanding the organization, its team and its culture
- Fully understanding the position requirements, characteristics of the ideal candidate and the timeline of the hiring process
- Identifying, screening and interviewing qualified candidates
- Presenting the top candidates to the client
- Facilitating all interviews between the client and the candidates
- Performing reference checks on final candidates
- Acting as liaison between the client and candidates from the initial interview to the final offer, acceptance, start date and follow up
We offer and encourage our clients to perform first round interviews in our private office. This process not only gives the client the capability of interviewing candidates back to back without interruption, but it also ensures confidentiality and provides immediate feedback which helps expedite the interview process.
